BREAKFAST RECIPES
1. Egg white French toast:
- Ingredients:
- 100 ml liquid egg white
- 2 slices of wholemeal bread
- Preparation:
- Pour liquid egg whites into a bowl.
- Dip wholemeal bread in it until it is well coated.
- Fry in a pan with a little oil until golden brown.

2. Protein pancakes (variant 1):
- Ingredients:
- 100 ml liquid egg white
- 1 ripe banana
- Pinch of cinnamon
- Preparation:
- Mash the banana and mix with egg white.
- Add a pinch of cinnamon and mix well.
- Fry the mixture in a pan to make small pancakes.

3. Protein pancakes (variant 2 with low-fat curd and protein powder):
- Ingredients:
- 100 ml liquid egg white
- 100 g low-fat curd cheese
- 1 measuring spoon (approx. 30 g) protein powder (flavour of your choice)
- Preparation:
- Mix egg whites, low-fat curd cheese and protein powder until a smooth mixture is formed.
- Fry the dough in a pan to make pancakes.

4. Protein smoothie bowl:
- Ingredients:
- 100 ml liquid egg white
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 handful of berries (raspberries, blueberries)

- Preparation:
- Puree all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
- Serve in a bowl and garnish with toppings as desired.
