FRENCH TOAST WITHOUT SUGAR

ingredients
2 slices of wholemeal bread
1 tbsp cinnamon
4 egg whites
1/2 cup milk
topping as desired

Mix in a bowl
milk
egg white
cinnamon

soak the slices in the mixture

Grease the frying pan with butter or oil and fry the bread for 2 to 4 minutes on each side

ADD THE FINISHING TOUCH AND ADD YOUR FAVORITE TOPPING

Ready in 5 minutes

ingredients
1 egg white
2 tbsp cocoa powder
4 tbsp oat flakes
1/2 tbsp bran or linseed (optional)
2 tbsp honey or sweetener
5 tbsp milk
1/4 tsp cinnamon

mix all ingredients

Pour the mixture into a microwave-safe cup

Bake in the microwave for 90 to 120 seconds

Add the finishing touches and your favorite topping

ingredients
20 g CORN STARCH
5 DROPS OF VANILLA FLAVOR
6 egg whites
200 ML MILK OR ALMOND MILK
2 tablespoons sugar (OPTIONAL)
Topping (Optional) CINNAMON

MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER
20 g CORN STARCH
5 DROPS OF VANILLA FLAVOR
200 ml MILK OR ALMOND MILK
2 tablespoons sugar (OPTIONAL)
6 egg whites

1 Pour mixture into a pan.
2 Bring to the boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.

As soon as the mixture binds and becomes creamy, immediately remove the pan from the heat and continue stirring for approx. 2 minutes.

Pour the cream into a bowl and leave to cool in the fridge. Add cinnamon if desired.

5 egg whites
OAT FLAKES 80 G
1 tablespoon carbonated water
PROTEIN POWDER 15 G

GRINDING OAT FLAKES

MIX THE GROUND OAT FLAKES WITH ALL OTHER INGREDIENTS

BAKE IN THE MICROWAVE FOR 3 MINUTES

LET IT COOL AND ENJOY

EXPRESS LASAGNE

ingredients
1 EGGPLANT
1 pepper
4 egg whites
1/4 RED ONION
HALF CUP TOMATO SAUCE
MOZZARELLA AS DESIRED
6 BLACK OLIVES
1 PINCH OF SALT

Grease the frying pan with oil, cut the aubergine INTO 4 slices and FRY on both sides for 10 minutes.

Add 4 egg whites to the frying pan and cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture becomes slightly firm.

ADD TOGETHER THE COOKED EGG WHITES, FINELY CHOPPED ONIONS AND PEPPERONI, OLIVES AND TOMATO SAUCE AND SALT TO LIKE.

1 COVER EACH SLICE WITH THE MIXTURE
2 ADD MOZZARELLA AT THE END AS DESIRED

Gratinate in the microwave for two minutes

Don't break eggs anymore

ingredients
1 tbsp PEANUT BUTTER
9 egg white
OAT FLAKES 150 G
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 PINCH OF SALT
4 tbsp water
BERRY MIXTURE FROZEN AS DESIRED

Heat all ingredients in a frying pan over high Temperature and constant stirring, cook for about 5 minutes

Put the porridge in a bowl and enjoy
