RECIPES DESSERT
1. Protein bars with egg whites:
- Ingredients:
- 150 ml liquid egg white
- 30 g oat flakes
- 30 g protein powder (flavour of your choice)
- 30 g nuts or seeds (e.g. almonds, chia seeds)
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- Sweetener as needed (e.g. honey, stevia)
- Preparation:
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl until a firm mixture forms.
- Pour the mixture into a rectangular shape and press it flat.
- Allow to set in the fridge, then cut into bars.
- Nutritional values (approx. per bar): Calories: 180, Protein: 15 g, Fat: 8 g, Carbohydrates: 12 g
2. Mini Protein Cheesecake:
- Ingredients:
- 150 ml liquid egg white
- 150 g low-fat curd cheese
- 30 g protein powder (flavour of your choice)
- Sweetener as needed
- Berries or fruits of your choice (e.g. strawberries, blueberries)
- Preparation:
- Beat egg whites until frothy and mix with low-fat curd cheese, protein powder and sweetener.
- Pour the mixture into small silicone molds.
- Allow to set in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Garnish with berries or fruit before serving.

3. Protein Microwave Cake:
- Ingredients:
- 150 ml liquid egg white
- 30 g protein powder (flavour of your choice)
- 15 g oat flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- Sweetener as needed
- Preparation:
- Mix all ingredients in a microwave-safe cup.
- Bake the dough in the microwave for 1-2 minutes until the cake rises and is firm.
- Garnish with yoghurt, berries or nuts as desired.

4. Egg white chocolate mousse:
- Ingredients:
- 150 ml liquid egg white
- 30 g protein powder (chocolate flavor)
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- Preparation:
- Beat the egg whites until frothy.
- Mash the banana and mix with protein powder and cocoa powder.
- Fold in beaten egg whites until a mousse forms.
- Pour into glasses and let cool in the fridge.

5. Egg white fruit sorbet:
- Ingredients:
- 150 ml liquid egg white

- Put frozen fruit in a blender and mix.
- Stir the beaten egg whites into the mixed fruit.
- Pour the sorbet into bowls and serve.
