  • Ingredients:
    • 150 ml liquid egg white
    • 30 g oat flakes
    • 30 g protein powder (flavour of your choice)
    • 30 g nuts or seeds (e.g. almonds, chia seeds)
    • 2 tbsp peanut butter
    • Sweetener as needed (e.g. honey, stevia)
  • Preparation:
    1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until a firm mixture forms.
    2. Pour the mixture into a rectangular shape and press it flat.
    3. Allow to set in the fridge, then cut into bars.
